Bob Hartung is the founder and President of Performance Gains. Prior to starting in a Resulting* Practice in 1996, he spent 14 years in the transportation industry and 13 years in various management positions for Sears. His leadership experience includes Sales, Executive Management, Operations, Customer Service and Human Resources. He is the Author of: "Beating The Time Bandits" and Co-Founder of The CEO School.
He is a certifed Business Health Professional from the Institute for Healthy Organizations, a Brian Tracy Certified Coach and is affiliated with HRD Press/Training House and Maximum Potential.
Bob has extensive expertise in the area of employee selection & development, leadership training & coaching, training and development.

In 2004 Bob served as Chairman for the Greater O'Hare Association where he also leads the Strategic Planning Team. He is a past Chairman of GONE 1, served as the GOA Ambassador Chairman, lead the Government Affairs team and served on the College of Dupage Business Advisory Board.
He has hired and trained hundreds of people in his career and is well prepared for the challenges faced by individuals, business owners and managers. Working with small and medium sized companiees, individals and associations he is committed to helping them Transform Their Dreams into Reality.
